Grafton County Nursing Home, located
along the Connecticut River in scenic North Haverhill, New
Hampshire, just miles away from the majestic White
Mountains, is a licensed 135 bed, skilled care and
intermediate care facility, including a 30 bed special
needs unit.
We are committed to providing our
residents with preventative and restorative care and to
promote a holistic quality of life through a range of
services.
Our home is owned and operated by
Grafton County and conducts business as a non-profit
organization dedicated to meeting the needs of our
residents.
