Job
Summary: Provides professional nursing care
within the scope of administrative guidelines and in
accordance with established policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
* Completion of a state approved nursing
program
and licensed/licensable in New
Hampshire.
* Knowledge of relevant state and federal
laws.
* Strong assessment skills and ability to
correctly
analyze emergency situations and
implement effective
courses of action.
* Patience, empathy, and strong desire to
assist residents and
demonstrate love for the elderly.
* Supervisory experience necessary.
* Requires standing, walking, reaching, bending,
stooping,
twisting, and ability to perform
heavy lifting (50 lbs.)
* Keen vision, hearing, and ability to
communicate effectively,
both verbally and in writing are a
must.
RNs:
Pay Range: $21.72 to $30.07 base plus
applicable differentials, full benefits:
Job
Summary: Provides professional nursing care
within the scope of administrative guidelines and in
accordance with established policies and procedures.
Also assists the MDS Coordinator and assumes her
responsibilities in her absence, including scheduling
and completing MDS documents and conducting care plan
meetings.
Qualifications:
* Completion of a state approved nursing
program
and licensed/licensable in New
Hampshire.
* Knowledge of relevant state and federal
laws.
* Strong assessment skills and ability to
correctly
analyze emergency situations and
implement effective
courses of action.
* Patience, empathy, and strong desire to
assist residents and
demonstrate love for the elderly.
* Supervisory experience necessary.
* Requires standing, walking, reaching, bending,
stooping,
twisting, and ability to perform
heavy lifting (50 lbs.)
* Keen vision, hearing, and ability to
communicate effectively,
both verbally and in writing are a
must.
* Must be proficient in the MDS process and have
the ability
to effectively educate others in
the process.
* Requires excellent interpersonal skills and
ability to conduct
and control meetings and training
sessions.
* Attention to detail, excellent writing and
communication skills
are a must. Also requires
thorough computer knowledge
and ability to quickly master
software and updates. |
DIFFERENTIALS:
3-11:
$1 per hr. **** 11-7: $2 per hr. **** Weekends:
$1 per hr.
