	DIETARY AIDES Spare:   Pay rate $9.64 - $12.96 base plus applicable differentials.  No benefits.  Hours fluctuate - varied shifts (6a - 2 p / 7a - 3p / 5p - 8p / 5a - 1p / 2p - 8p / Noon - 8p) Job Summary:  Responsible for preparation, set-up, serving, and clean-up of meals.  Minimum Qualifications:  Requires a minimum of 1-2 years of high school.  Knowledge of proper hygiene and sanitation techniques for food preparation and distribution.  Ability to utilize knowledge of special diets and resident preferences.  Requires patience, ability to read, write, and communicate routine information as well as ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.  Must be able to walk and stand continuously, push and pull equipment periodically, and
