Full time:
3 p.m. - 11 p.m. x 5.  Includes every other weekend. Pay rate: $11.59 - $15.58 base plus applicable differentials, full benefits: 

Job Summary:  Provides resident care in a manner that supports and compliments standards of nursing practice.

Minimum Qualifications:  Must have completed an approved LNA training program and be licensed/licensable in New Hampshire. Requires knowledge of relevant state and federal laws. Requires standing, walking, reaching, bending, stooping, twisting, and ability to perform heavy lifting (50#). Also requires patience, empathy, and a strong desire to assist residents and demonstrate love for the elderly. Keen vision, hearing, and ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) a must.

DIETARY AIDES
Spare:  
Pay rate $9.64 - $12.96 base plus applicable differentials.  No benefits.  Hours fluctuate - varied shifts (6a - 2 p / 7a - 3p / 5p - 8p / 5a - 1p / 2p - 8p / Noon - 8p)

Job Summary Responsible for preparation, set-up, serving, and clean-up of meals. 

Minimum Qualifications Requires a minimum of 1-2 years of high school.  Knowledge of proper hygiene and sanitation techniques for food preparation and distribution.  Ability to utilize knowledge of special diets and resident preferences.  Requires patience, ability to read, write, and communicate routine information as well as ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.  Must be able to walk and stand continuously, push and pull equipment periodically, and

DIFFERENTIALS:     

LNAs & Dietary Aides:                  LPNs & RN's:
$1.00  weekends and 3-11 shift          $1.00 weekends & evenings
$1.75 11-7 shift                                  $2.00 nights
